Dowelltown

I’m fanenthusiastic promoter of that part of DeKalb County, Tennessee I know and love best: around and “under the hill” in Dowelltown, Liberty, Alexandria and the surrounding areas.

Natives of New York City, my wife Liz and I have lived on the old road heading down Snows Hill for more than 30 years, raising our six children in the log cabin we restored there. Our roots here now run deep; we’re also proud to have three grandsons.

As a freelance writer, I’ve covered technology for the National Association of Realtors for more than 15 years, helping introduce and educate brokers and agents about the tools which have transformed this industry.
